LAS VEGAS, NV--(Marketwired - December 04, 2015) - The Board of Directors of Allegiant Travel Company (NASDAQ: ALGT) today declared a special cash dividend of $1.65 per share on its outstanding shares of Common Stock. This dividend will be payable on January 8, 2016 to stockholders of record at the close of business on December 18, 2015. The total amount of the special dividend payment will be approximately $28 million, based on the current number of shares outstanding.
