The new Fresh Kitchen® is located at The Shoppes at University Center at the corner of Cooper Creek Blvd and University Parkway. The restaurant is approximately 3,200 square feet, seats over 100 guests, and features a diverse menu including cold-pressed juices, gluten-free bases, fresh seasonal roasted veggies, hormone-free grilled meats, and guilt-free desserts. FK's quick-service model promotes a unique, build-your-own bowl concept in a modern space with contemporary décor. Hours of operation are from 11:00am to 9:35pm Monday through Saturday, and 11:00am to 9:05pm Sunday.
