(NASDAQ: HOTR) (Chanticleer Holdings, or the "Company"), owner and operator of multiple restaurant brands internationally and domestically, today announced that the Company has signed a multi-unit franchise deal with Spartan Investment LLC to open up to three locations in the Baltimore-Washington D.C. market. The franchise agreement strengthens BGR's brand presence in the D.C. market and will provide additional leverage for marketing the better-burger concept.
