AGOURA HILLS, CA--(Marketwired - May 3, 2016) - The Patent Trial and Appeal Board (PTAB) today denied a petition for inter partes review filed by Hospitality Core Services LLC, d/b/a Blueprint RF (Blueprint RF), that challenged the validity of Nomadix's U.S. Patent No. 8,156,246 (the "'246 patent"). The '246 patent protects key technology for redirecting user computers to captive portals.
